Francesca joined the TWM Residential Property team in Reigate in July 2019 as a Partner, and has over 20 years’ experience in property transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgage work, Executor and Attorney sales, transfers of part of land, equity release mortgages, right to buy acquisitions, new build and buy to let purchases as well as transfers of equity.

Francesca has a good working knowledge of the area, strong relationships with local estate agents and regularly networks within the business community in Reigate and surrounding areas. She endeavours to assist her clients through the conveyancing process to make it as stress free as possible and takes care to ensure her clients are fully supported every step of the way.

Francesca qualified as a Solicitor in 1998, having completed her training with a firm based in Woking, Surrey. She was made a Partner there in 1999, specialising in residential property and private client work, and she remained with the firm for 15 years. In 2014, she left to gain experience in a number of larger firms and in 2016, Francesca joined a firm in Cranleigh as a Senior Solicitor, specialising in residential property sales and acquisitions.

Outside of work, Francesca enjoys spending time with her family, Ceroc dancing, photography, competing in local piano festivals and recently qualified as a BSY Registered Psychotherapy Practitioner.
