At TWM Solicitors our family law solicitors will advise you in relation to public children law. You may be a relative of a child who has been taken into care by the Local Authority and would like arrangements to be made to see that child or you may even be in a position to care for that child yourself. We can advise you in relation to Special Guardianship Orders. These are orders appointing one or more individuals (not a parent) to be a child’s “special guardian”.
The family team can also advise in relation to adoption and the conditions which apply before an adoption order can be made under the Adoption and Children Act 2002, and represent you in adoption proceedings.
