Our training workshops are based on the legal requirements of today’s employment law, but they focus on giving delegates practical tools to manage in an effective way the day to day human resource and employment law issues that they face in their workplace.
Whether you are looking to provide management development, improve the ability of managers/supervisors to address issues correctly and pro-actively or seeking to keep workplace disputes to a minimum, we can provide training designed to address your specific needs. Additionally, if you have identified problems within your business that need tackling (for example, a need to improve performance or absence management, raise discrimination awareness or address a lack of trained managers capable of conducting hearings), then we can again create and deliver training specifically designed to achieve your objectives.
As the needs of our clients differ, the content of our workshops will inevitably vary, but to help illustrate the nature of the training we can offer, some typical workshops are detailed below:
All of our workshops are very practical and involve a good degree of delegate participation. We encourage questions, discussion and interaction, to assist with the learning process. We supplement this with realistic case studies to help delegates better understand the application of the concepts being covered. We focus on delivering effective training but in a fun and lively manner. For these reasons, our workshops are normally restricted to 12 delegates.
Our training workshops are designed to work well as part of an ongoing modular programme.
