Objectives: to give delegates a sound working knowledge of the legal principles and requirements relating to discrimination, harassment and bullying in employment, including minimising the risks, the importance of taking all reasonable steps to prevent discrimination, dealing with allegations/suspicions and understanding the liability of both the employer and the individual.
Duration: Single day workshop
