Commercial property development work recently undertaken by the team includes a large scale multi-use site, such as the regeneration of a central part of a historic city, involving joint ventures with the local authority and other partners.
Auction sales are a regular feature of the team’s work, whether of licensed premises or significant commercial property portfolios.
Security and property finance work is also an integral part of the team’s role.
