Simi is an Associate in the Lending team in Guildford. 

Simi, currently on maternity leave, is one of the original lawyers in the team responsible for building out our short term lender portfolio. Simi also led on large structured finance transactions in the Build To Rent (BTR) and affordable homes sector. Having qualified at a large South Coast firm acting on rural land and financing, Simi joined TWM as a newly qualified solicitor to focus on lending.
