Rachel Main, Associate in Private Client
Rachel studied Law at The University of Reading before completing her Legal Practice Course at The College of Law in London and undertaking her training at a large Legal 500 regional firm, before qualifying as a solicitor in 2009.
Rachel joined TWM as an Associate Solicitor in our Private Client department in August 2016.
Rachel specialises in the full spectrum of Private Client work to include the administration of taxable and non-taxable estates, drafting of Deeds of Variation, the preparation of Wills tailored to meet the individual needs of each client, the preparation and registration of Lasting Powers of Attorney (for both financial affairs and health and welfare matters), the registration of existing Enduring Powers of Attorney with the Office of the Public Guardian, the day-to-day management of Deputyship matters and applications to the Court of Protection for new Deputyships.
Rachel is a Full Accredited Member of Solicitors for the Elderly, a Dementia Friend and a member of the Private Client Section of the Law Society.
Outside of work, Rachel very much enjoys visiting new places and has ventured on a number of wonderful holidays over the years including trips to Australia, Dubai, Miami, Portugal and Italy, to name but a few!
