Lingyu is a Solicitor in the Business Law team. Lingyu assists clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including company formation, banking and commercial lending, the buying and selling of businesses, commercial contract drafting and negotiation. 

After finishing her LLB study in China, Lingyu studied the Graduate Diploma in Law and the Legal Practice Course in England, and has worked and trained in law firms in London. During her training contract, Lingyu dealt with legal works related to commercial & residential conveyancing, general litigation, corporate and commercial and then qualified as a corporate solicitor. 

Outside her work, Lingyu enjoys yoga and tag rugby. She is a member of the Law Society Junior Lawyers Division and UK Society of Chinese Lawyers (UKSCL).
