Laura is Partner in the Residential Property department, working out of the firm’s Wimbledon office. Laura’s extensive expertise spans all aspects of residential conveyancing, including leasehold and freehold sales and purchases, new build plot sales and purchases, buy to let purchases, re-mortgage transactions, transfers of equity, equity release and life time mortgages and other associated property matters.

Laura acts for a wide range of clients, including individuals, companies, investors and lenders. She is supported by a highly experienced conveyancing team, who have excellent knowledge of the local and surrounding areas and have established strong relationships with many estate agents in Surrey and London.
