A client of Jacky's was happy for the following comments to be published:
"Thanks so much for keeping me in the loop and explaining what was going on and coming up (in layman's terms!) I guess I just wanted to take this opportunity to say once again, what a wonderful lawyer you have been and how much your professional guiding hand has helped me through this nightmare.
I'm sure I'm just another client to you, but you are an amazing lawyer, professional in manner and with just a little twist of a personal touch to help us poor souls get through. It goes without saying that I'd hire you again in an instant and will happily recommend you without hesitation".
