Francesca is a Solicitor in the Family Law team, based at the firm's Reigate office. Francesca advises on all matters that arise from the breakdown of family relationships, whether that be within marriage, civil partnerships or cohabitation. She specialises in divorce, separation, matrimonial finance and regularly deals with complex issues surrounding maintenance provisions, capital payments, transfers of property, businesses and pensions, as well as financial arrangements for unmarried families. Francesca has experience in advising in matters involving allegations of domestic abuse and occupation of the family home. Francesca advises on Pre and Post-Nuptial Agreements and Cohabitation Agreements.
Francesca also advises clients in private law children matters, including living and contact arrangements, specific issues such as education, relocation and medical treatment. Francesca’s empathetic nature allows her to be mindful of the emotions involved and is dedicated to finding solutions for the family which focus on the best interests of the children, avoiding the involvement of Court where possible.
Francesca has worked for clients in Surrey, Kent, Essex, London and further afield. Francesca sensitively guides her clients through the legal process of relationship breakdown and is committed to providing cost-effective, thorough legal advice which is tailored to their needs.
Francesca is a member of Resolution, a national association of family lawyers and other professionals, committed to the constructive resolution of family disputes.
Before joining TWM, Francesca trained at a regional firm in Kent and qualified as a solicitor in 2021. Francesca studied Law at Nottingham Trent University and also completed the Legal Practice Course there, achieving a Distinction in 2018.
Outside of work, Francesca enjoys visiting the coast and travelling overseas.
