About Amanda

Amanda is an Associate in the Business Law team, working out of the firm’s Guildford and London offices. Amanda advises clients on all aspects of commercial and corporate law including bespoke terms and conditions for supply of goods and/or services; reviewing warranties and indemnities for acquisitions; migration to a new business structure, such as a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) or company and cross border mergers. She has worked with SMEs, large corporations, sole traders and partnerships ranging in revenue from £2 million to over €1 billion.

Amanda trained with a South West London firm and qualified as a commercial & corporate solicitor in September 2018.

Away from work, you may find her chasing down balls on a tennis court or running in Bushy Park, Teddington.
