Over the last few months, the Business Law team has been strengthened with the recruitment of a further two new solicitors. Equipped with a breadth of experience and specialisms, we are excited to offer an enhanced scope of services to cater to the requirements of our sophisticated client base, both in the UK and overseas.
Amanda Lathia joins us as a solicitor in the Business Law team, based at the firm’s London (Fulham) office. Amanda advises clients on all aspects of commercial and corporate law, including bespoke terms and conditions for supply of goods and services, software agreements, restructuring of businesses and company and cross-border mergers. She has worked with SMEs, large corporations, sole traders and partnerships, ranging in revenue from £2 million to over €1 billion.
Amanda trained with a South West London firm and qualified as a commercial and corporate solicitor in September 2018.
Amanda will be assisting the team to further develop our SME legal services offering in London and, in particular, to complement the business support we provide to our owner managed and family owned businesses.
Henry Duncan joins us as a solicitor in the Business Law team, based at the firm's Guildford office, and has experience in advising a wide-range of businesses and entrepreneurs. Henry has particular expertise in assisting property focused businesses, developers, estate agencies, rental portfolios and hospitality, including acting on shareholders’ agreements, financing, restructuring, acquisitions and disposals, terms of business and commercial contracts.
