Coronavirus (COVID-19): Our approach
Tuesday 24 March 2020
Like everyone, TWM is closely monitoring and responding to the developing COVID-19 (coronavirus) situation. Our priority is to do all we can to ensure the health, safety and wellbeing of our staff, clients and contacts, and to continue to serve our clients with the minimum of disruption to levels of service.
We have taken steps to make sure we can continue to deliver the level of quality, excellence and timeliness you are accustomed to from us during what are unique circumstances.
We aim to achieve business as usual as much as we can. Our offices are now open to visitors by (exceptional) arrangement only, and most employees have been moved to a remote working arrangement.
All employees are contactable by email and direct dial. The details are on our website and all email footers. Alternatively, please call our main switchboard: 01483 752700.
Our systems have been designed, planned and tested to fully support remote working and this will enable us to continue to look after your requirements, irrespective of where anyone is located, including taking your calls.
We ask you to cooperate with us in arranging for all correspondence and documentation to be sent and received, wherever possible, by email or secure upload (please enquire with your usual contact at TWM for details of our dedicated facility) and suggest that hard copies are only forwarded when necessary.
We are also adopting various measures, including telephone and video conferencing, home visits etc., as appropriate and necessary. Please enquire with your usual contact on these matters if appropriate.
We really appreciate all flexibility and understanding during this unprecedented time. We will continue to monitor the situation as it develops, and will take appropriate action as necessary and will share this with you on a regular basis.
We are also now advising clients on the many legal implications arising both from the spread of the virus and from the inevitable consequent impact on almost every aspect of business and personal life.
Please let us know if there is anything which we can do to assist you, now or as matters unfold, and we will be delighted to assist.
