Planned reform of contact arrangements  (18 April 2012)

A recent poll by the Guardian Newspaper revealed that 70% of people asked did not feel that fathers had adequate contact rights under current law. There has been growing pressure for reform of Family Law and in what is being described by the Law Society as “the most important” reform of Family Law in 20 years ministers are now looking to address the concerns of many.
