Our Philosophy

The disputes that we deal with inevitably involve issues which are highly emotional and of very great importance to the individuals concerned. The law in this area is complex. We provide a friendly and sympathetic service to our clients in order to ease their journey towards a resolution of the dispute in which they have become involved. Our advice is practical and pragmatic.

Funding

For most people one of the principal fears of getting involved in legal disputes is cost. We commit to providing clear and comprehensive advice as to the cost ramifications of any particular course of action. We are able to offer a number of different funding options to suit a client’s particular circumstances as we readily understand and acknowledge that there are many cases where people’s circumstances are such that they are unable to fund the case until they have achieved a successful outcome.
