The TWM Employment team provides advice and assistance to businesses in all aspects of Employment Law, from advising upon contracts of employment to representation in Tribunals and Courts in contentious disputes. In this increasingly complex, yet significant, area of law, our team are specialists in this field, being Members of the Employment Lawyers Association and regular advocates before the Employment Tribunals. We also have experience of alternative methods of resolving disputes such as conciliation and mediation, including being present at any mediation.
