Siobhan McDonnell, Associate in Dispute Resolution

Siobhan graduated from Surrey University in 2005 with an LLB in Law and qualified into TWM's Dispute Resolution Department in 2008, having completed her training contract with the Firm. Siobhan practices in all aspects of general civil litigation, but has a particular interest in and is developing a specialism in Court of Protection litigation, including applications concerning Attorneys under Enduring Powers of Attorney and Deputyship appointments as well as disputes concerning trusts, wills, probate and Inheritance Act claims. She is currently studying to become an Associate Member of ACTAPS (Association of Contentious Trust & Probate Practitioners)

Siobhan enjoys a wide variety of sports and social activities. Siobhan is a very keen long distance runner and a member of a local athletics club.
