Matthew read Law at King's College London before taking first class honours in the Law Society finals at Guildford in 1993. He qualified in 1995 and became a partner in 1997.
Matthew specialises in commercial property and residential development/site assembly, working closely as a team with Howard House and Adrian Price.
Notable recent deals include the £25m+ sale of office premises let to IBM, the £200m+ site assembly and mixed use development (with Peter Lambert) of premises in London's West End, and the £150m disposal of a residential development site to a major house builder. Matthew is Honorary Secretary and Head of Property Section of the Surrey Law Society, and is also a Member of the Surrey Law Club.
His interests include motor racing (he has successfully completed five 24 hour races on Germany's infamous Nurburgring Nordschleife circuit), motorcycling, and spending time with his three children.
