Jamie Berry, Senior Associate - Business Law

Jamie specialises in corporate commercial law and undertakes all aspects of business law including mergers and acquisitions, formations of companies and partnerships, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and corporate finance.

Prior to joining TWM Solicitors, Jamie ran his own business and legal consultancy in British Columbia, Canada and was also a partner in a London law firm until November 2010.

Jamie also assists clients with raising capital and buying and selling businesses, assets and divestitures ranging from £1m to £700m to date.

Jamie's clients include high net worth individuals, luxury sports car manufacturers, property developers, large companies, small businesses and individual entrepreneurs.

In his spare time Jamie enjoys snowboarding, mountain biking and spending time with his two daughters.
