Duncan qualified as a solicitor in 2003 and joined TWM in June 2010.
Duncan specialises in probate, Wills, trusts, powers of attorney and tax planning. This includes advising on Wills and estate planning for individuals with property overseas, as well as for those who are non-domiciled and / or non-resident in the UK.
Duncan has written a number of articles that have been published in legal journals, has lectured on legal topics and has served on the executive committee of the Private Client Section of the Law Society.
Duncan’s interests include church, cycling and running.
